Senior Care Valuation, LLC provides real estate appraisals and consulting services on senior housing and health care facilities. The list of clients includes lenders, owners, operators, attorneys and others involved in the senior housing and health care profession.

Courtney B. Lees has 28 years of experience in the valuation of senior housing and health care facilities and 40 years’ experience in the commercial real estate appraisal industry. Courtney began her career in the specialty practice of valuing senior housing and health care facilities when she joined Irving Levin Associates as Director, Valuation Services in 1994. When Levin Associates formed a strategic alliance with Cushman & Wakefield so C & W could launch their specialty practice group she became Director, Senior Housing/Healthcare Industry Group as part of Cushman & Wakefield Advisory Services. Prior to founding Senior Care Valuation she was a partner with Province Consulting Group, senior housing and health care appraisers and consultants.

Courtney has valued and consulted on over 2,000 properties on a national basis. She has qualified as an expert witness in multiple State Superior Courts and has been an MAI Designated Appraiser by The Appraisal Institute since 1987.
